Useful information about delivery and returns
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase on defective products, usually equipment and supplies. We do not offer returns on nutrients, soils, soil amendments and plants. Please call the store or stop by to discuss any issues.

Buy online, pick up in store

We‘ll keep your order for several days so you can come get it at a convenient time
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store in one or two hours, sometimes even less. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in stores allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time. Additionally, we support local delivery within 15 miles from our stores. If you see this option for your area, please feel free to try it. Your order will be held at the store for several days. If you need a return or exchange, please call, email or stop by the store.
